Same day delivery with in metro manila. Order received by 11 pm (Philippines time) will be count for same day delivery.
Orders being shipped to Provincial cities will be shipped next day and it would take additional 24 hours to arrived. Shipping address far from the city proper may take additional time.
We don't promise any time on delivery day. Our commitment is to deliver your gift within the day.
You must provide complete delivery address. Failure to provide complete address may cause unexpected delayed of your gifts.
If the recipient is not around we may leave the gift to someone who may related to recipient.
We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs.

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a time frame of a few hours. Please inform us your requested time frame and your messages, you can use our contact us page when ordering. Our normal delivery times are 10am - 8pm daily for orders to a residence, going to a business, hotel, or hospital, 10 am - 6 pm.
